Logann's 5th Birthday Party!

We had Logann's birthday party this weekend at Naydenov Gymnastics! I am pretty sure that all the kids had a wonderful time! They got to play in the huge front gym for 2 hours then we went to the back to do food and presents! Logann was very happy that all her friends could come and play all morning with her! Thank you to everyone who helped make her birthday party a blast!

Some Updates...

Raegan is already 7 weeks old today! It doesn't seem possible! She continues to be a very easy, content, happy baby! She is awake often throughout the day and sleeps very well at night. Her awake times are very entertaining for her sisters! They love interacting with her, talking to her, and laughing with her! Raegan can bust out into a giggle now and Logann and Peyton just love it! She definitely knows when we leave the room or stop paying attention to her, and she lets us know it! She loves all the attention she can get! Everybody is adjusting well still. Peyton is back to a regular napping routine, and Logann loves being back in preschool. Logann had a wonderful birthday...I last posted on her actual birthday before we went to the movies later that evening. I took Logann and Peyton to see the Princess and the Frog. It was wonderful! Some of you know that Logann loves playing with figurines from all the Disney Princess movies. Well, she got the figurines from this movie for Christmas. So, as we were walking out to the truck after the movie, I could tell that Logann was thinking about the movie still. Suddenly, she spoke up and said, "Momma, now I know what to do with all my Princess and the Frog figurines!" When we got home to daddy, she told him about each and every one of the characters and what they did in the story! I can tell that this girl's level of comprehension is very high! So...so far so good...we are all adjusting very well as a family of 5!

Preschool Birthday Party

To celebrate her birthday, Logann shared cupcakes, jello jiggler cut outs and juice boxes with her preschool class today! Watch in the video how thirsty Logann was...she guzzled her juice box almost the entire time they sang Happy Birthday to her! Looks like we need to work on birthday party manners! Now off to the movies! I am taking the girls to see the Princess and the Frog tonight!

A Fun Idea!

Logann and I went to the good ol' Dollar Tree the other day and found these awesome Disney puzzles! They come in a box, which is tricky to open in a way to salvage the box so you can store the puzzle...so I thought of cutting off the face of the box, rounding the corners so they don't frey and get bent up from use...and storing them in quart size zip lock baggies. The girls absolutely LOVE doing puzzles! We have been spending hours putting them all together! They carry 25 piece (which Peyton can do on her own), and 63 and 150 piece (which Logann can do on her own)! We bought Disney Princess, Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Spiderman, and Tinkerbell...and have about 20 of them! They are made by MEGA blocks and are very good quality...which surprised me since they were found at the Dollar Tree (where quality can be shady!) Anyways, I thought I would share this idea to all of you who have kids and grandkids, because it has been hours of fun and inexpensive entertainment for us!
