Adjusting to the New House

Logann adjusted to the move ok...she earned student of the month at school!
Logann and I created these necklace hangers from old picture frames!

Here are a few pictures that I took with my phone (I ended up and had to sync my phone to the computer to get all the pictures off...the iPhone blogger app was not working out for me to create posts from phone)  Pleasantly surprised that my phone takes decent pictures!

Rae Breaks My Camera

So this is about where Raegan breaks my camera...so the only pictures that I have from May-August are all on my iphone.  So now I will need to try and post from my phone...stay tuned!

Peyton's 5th Birthday

On Peyton's birthday, which fell on a Wednesday, Peyton requested that we go ride the carousel down in Jantzen Beach!  For dinner, her wish was KFC and then dessert was waiting at home...ice cream cones!

Peyton celebrated her birthday at Miss Connie's Preschool the next day!  She wanted to bring popcicles for the treat!

On the weekend, we invited over grandparents and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins to help celebrate!  Overall, Peyton had a great 5th birthday.  Because of the move and our busy schedule, we promised that she could have a big friends party next year!

Easter at our New House!

I guess I didn't take too many pictures...maybe my reason was that the house wasn't picture perfect!  The Easter Bunny knew where we moved to, so that was a fun surprise for the kids!  The candy really helped keep them happy and busy that day...so that mommy and daddy could unpack!

Homeless Week

This was our last family picture at our old house...the day we moved out.

Between the sale of our old house and the closing on our new house, we were homeless for a week!  And the week just happened to fall on Spring Break!  I don't know how we lucked out, but it was pretty nice since I usually take the kids down to the farm for that week every year anyways!  And our builder was so nice to let us move in on the weekend before school started back up, which was Easter weekend...so the big move began on that Saturday morning.  We were fairly settled in by Sunday night, so the kids were well rested and ready to start the week at school!

Spring Soccer

Not so sure about the weather for Spring Soccer...Logann's fingers were so frozen...we made a point to pack the hand warmers and mittens for the rest of the games!

Valentine's Activities

This year we made our own Valentine's shirts with heart doilies and sponge painting the puffy paint!  The girls had fun but it was quite messy.  I prepared a pink breakfast-dinner with heart shaped eggs, waffles and cream, and pink milk.  I was able to attend both Logann and Peyton's class parties!  We cherish our three little Valentine's!
