OCTOBER!

We had a fantastic first weekend in October! On Saturday, we went down to Eugene to watch the Ducks beat Stanford! Awesome game, great weather, and good times as always! Thanks to Uncle Josh and soon to be Aunt Katie who stayed home with our girls! On Sunday, we went out to check on the girls' chickens and collect their eggs! That is always a treat...to head out to the farm on a nice fall weekend! Riding the 4 wheeler, feeding the animals, collecting eggs, and the list goes on! We are very lucky to have the farm...such great experiences and memories for the girls!

Peyton's First Preschool Field Trip!

Playing the "What's Hot and What's Not" game!

Such a good listener!

Singing a song waiting to find out what is next...the fire truck that we were supposed to see had to leave on a call! It was pretty exciting for the kids to see it and hear it in action though!

Peyton's afternoon preschool class.

We got to watch the Chief suit up!

Such great listeners throughout the entire field trip! Way to go kids!

The looks on their faces is priceless! The Chief was fully suited up here...you can see that the kids weren't so sure about it!

Yay for Peyton! You went on your very first field trip today!

Rae is 10 months old!

Yep, there she is, standing on the stairs! She is crawling so fast now, it is hard to get things done! She is pulling herself up and standing by holding on to things. She has attempted to crawl up the stairs, but slips and slides often! She is pretty daring now that she knows she is in control! Logann was walking at about 10.5 months, and Peyton walked later, at 13 months, so with Raegan's progress, I am predicting she will be walking somewhere in between! She is a big girl, so she must be strong to get herself moving! She was 22.8 pounds and 30 inches long at her 9 month appointment! Her build reminds me more of Logann when she was a baby. I can already tell that Raegan is going to be smart and witty, just like her dad! She is very observant and quiet in new surroundings, but very loud and happy when she is comfortable! She can say, momma, dadda, bubba, and Bob! The only challenge with her right now is that she DOES NOT LIKE HER NOSE WIPED! I've never heard her cry so loud! So...sorry for the runny nose in the first couple of pictures!

Peyton's First Day of Preschool!

Peyton LOVES preschool! She woke up early on the first day, naturally, and had to wait until noon! She has afternoon preschool this year! For some reason, she woke up and decided to put on Logann's shin guards instead of her school clothes! RANDOM! She posed for many pictures before going next door to Miss Connie's Preschool. After a very successful first day, she ran home to show me the goodies in her backpack. She came in, sat right down, and started her homework! I'd say that this little sweetie LOVES her new routine for the year!
